Losing weight and starting on the bodybuilding journey is not a cakewalk, but it is worth it. Several people irrespective of their age have gone into the fitness journey and benefited from it. Famous TV personalities, Gary and Kristina are also one of them. They were stars of the show called Teen Mom and have gone through a drastic weight loss together. Gary who is 36 and Kristina, 35 also have a 6-year-old daughter Emilee.
The couple posted on Reddit about their fitness transformation and the fans were awestruck. The fans of the show, Teen Mom are very familiar with Kristina because she often appeared on the show after marrying Gary in 2015. She also has taken care of Gary’s daughter Lea, who he had with his ex-wife. They had decided to go on a fitness journey for their own health and their children which turned out to be amazing.

Kristina also posted on Instagram after their transformation and her daughters were also present. Fans immediately reacted to the Instagram post with many compliments and good wishes. This was in April, and in May of the same year, Gary also gave his fans a glimpse at the weight loss with a picture with his wife.
They continued to update their fans on their weight loss journey, and recently fans were again left surprised after seeing a new picture of Gary and his wife on Reddit.
